No, not at this point. Our electronic lock box is still a combination lockbox. It is a steping stone between the mechanical lockbox between the GE lockbox. Our smart-box does not have ability to notify you via email when there is a showing on property. It did store the access log inside the lockbox, but you would need to be at the property physically to download the data on site. There would be no way to avoid the monthly fee with the notification service.
