I wouldn't give Craig Proctor $5 dollars for REO coqching..... When was the last time he actual did a regular transaction much less an REO listing.... He's been a coach/guru only for years.... With how much the industry has changed over the past few years, do you think a $6000 investment will pay off???

Him and Tim and Julie....they jumped on the "coaching" part of this business a few years back. What will a coach do for you? Show you how to do REO? Register you for companies? Give you email addresses for AM's? I don't think so...

On another note, I did pay an someone to register me for companies recently because of his experience and knowledge. It was a few hundred dollars and I did get some emails back saying the usual, panel full, we'll call you don't call us... But his VA emailed yesterday telling me that they were going to REFUND half cause I didn't need as much registration since I already covered most companies. Today I got the refund. This individual I would recommend to someone newer in the business who wants to get coached.

$6K for REO coaching? That's pretty funny.

I have owned seven cars in my life that costs less then that. My beach vacation to Destin that I take every year - costs less. I'd rather go to the beach.

Is there a possible profit center here?
$6,000 for coaching from proctor(cologist)
Just how much would the coaching be worth from someone that actually has experience in REO?
Or perhaps adopt a tiered system;
Platinum.....$6,000
Gold.........$3,000
Iron.........$1,500
Rusty fender from a 59 Buick....$500.00
Unfortunately, there are those that will pay out the funds and not even get the Buick fender.
My take is that if a party wants to learn this business, go to work for someone that's already in it.

Proctor will suck you dry of everything you own.

Todd is a big Proctor user. Proctor's mantra is setting up systems but the issue is all the people you have to hire to support the volume.

Then when the volume goes down POOF you are out of the business. Most of Proctor's crap has dried up with his performance guarantees, sell your house or I 'll buy it,etc.

Now recently they have ventured into the REO world hucking their systems again.

When I bought his stuff over 7 years ago I was just starting out.Me and my business partner today bought it for a few hundred on Ebay so as to not pay the 1,000.

He is a great marketer for sure. His stuff is pretty outdated today.Haven't looked at his REO stuff and don't care to.

You mean he's focusing on REOs and not short sales? He is behind the times.

I listen to some of Tim and Julie Harris webinars. I actually found of their interviews interesting. I wouldn't pay for their coaching program. However, I've picked up a few things listening to them.

His website says it costs $17500 or $19500 if you make monthly payments. Is he insane?

Actually his website says 995 down and 500 a month. But he does guarantee you'll make at least 12k using his system.
