Gosh - if I was relatively new in the business and had plenty of money to throw away - I would consider talking a competitor into trying it.

What - No Guinea Pigs? He does support Realtor Mag.

I purchased his system about 6 or so years ago. It is so expensive and no quality results. I followed the system to the tee. Used his scripts, ran newspaper and Pennysaver ads, craigslist, heck, I even printed up stuff and left it when farming and a bunch of other stuff. You use an 800 number reverse calling system. You also get a website - but you better know how to drive traffic, another expense.

The majority of responses I got were from lookyloos that couldn't have qualified to purchase a candy bar!

At least I could write it off on my taxes.

And whatever you do, do not give him your contact information. I did not buy, but let him have my contact info many years ago. He and his crew will chase you to ends of earth for a dollar. Only way to stop him is blocked senders list.

I'll throw my two cents in here. I spent the money on the Platinum REO program and nothing. Oh and as for the "guarantee" forget about it. They will find the smallest thing to revoke the gaurantee option like when they review your materials/worksheets they will say something like, well you didnt sign up for this BPO company or that company on the sheet. Respone- I already am a registered user with them. Or Bryan Pellican one of his cronies/coach will say you didnt complete a certain section of the program like sending in your resume to him for his second review. Its a crock. I have actually removed all recurring memeberships and come to the conclusion that there is a small network of agents that get the REO's (with the exception of the guy that gets a carrot once and a while) and the BPO's do not lead to REO's. I'm over it. I guess the one thing I do have is the age benefit. By the time the next REO cycle comes around most of the REO agents in my area should be senior assisted living homes. Cant wait for 2030!

All you need to start in on a career of REOs is right here on agentsonline.net. This is where I learned most everything. And BPOs do lead to REOs, but only for the right companies. Oh the other thing is you will have to find a time machine and go back to at least 2007 to get in with some companies.
