Why the Foreclosure?

Well, to get back on topic track. Yes, it appears the flood gates opened, I've had 5 new listing assignments this week and when I called the locksmith to get a couple of rekeys done, he made the same comment "who opened the floodgates?". The locksmith I use does rekeys for several REO agents in the area and he said the phone has been ringing non-stop with requests for rekeys since Monday.

I just hope the inventory that is coming on will sell in the next couple of months. In my area, we are moving into our slowest time of year through mid-January.

We have gotten 4 new assignments this week for REOs. I can only hope it is a sign of things to come.

We got 4 in the last week or so. I was afraid I was going to have to start doing short sales for a living, yikes!

Where's the Foreclosure

I hope that happens here...I usually have a pretty hefty inventory and I am almost dried up. Congrats ya'll!
