I live in Washington and have to have 60 hours for the real estate exam AND 30 clock hours for the brokers exam. Do I have to log in these hours with some company or school or can I just study the books myself? When I go into the DOL to take the test, will I have to prove in some way that I spent 90 clock hours to prepare? Confused!

It may vary from state to state, but if it says "60 hours" of classroom then, yes those hours will need to be verified before the test is issued
