Did you pass state portion?
I think that it will be a different test with new questions, though many will be similar and some may be the same-perhaps in a different order. I am sure they have a test bank of questions they pull from. Do you still have your course book from 5 years ago? I bet you could study the tet questions in that for an hour and bone up enough to get a pass.
The key is to get in again quickly. Especially if you can identify 1 or 2 areas you bombed. If you can straighten out your understanding of those issues you are sure to pass.
