Quick question about the VA Real Estate exam. I took my exam today, unfortunately I didn't pass the National part (first try since I passed the course five years ago) I was wondering if I will be retaking the same exact exam or a different one?

Did you pass state portion?
I think that it will be a different test with new questions, though many will be similar and some may be the same-perhaps in a different order. I am sure they have a test bank of questions they pull from. Do you still have your course book from 5 years ago? I bet you could study the tet questions in that for an hour and bone up enough to get a pass.

The key is to get in again quickly. Especially if you can identify 1 or 2 areas you bombed. If you can straighten out your understanding of those issues you are sure to pass.

Yes I passed the state portion =).
I don't have the book anymore but I have purchased a real estate online testaker from moseleyflint's website. I definitely need more time to study. I'll probably retake it next week.
I hope to pass the exam next time.

Good on state. I thought it was the more challenging of the 2 tests. I bet you only missed Nat by a few questions. Maybe I have it backwards, but I think I remember it that way. I did broker in 06 and it was almost identical to salesperson.
