I'd like to say that I really don't care much about tracking lead/conversion rates on my internet leads because I'm not paying a dime for marketing other than my monthly hosting fees. So dead leads cost me nothing but a few minutes of my time....except for the looky-loos who come up and look at 10 houses and then decide they don't want a vacation home in the Poconos after all...or they decide to "wait" a year, etc.
I will say that a large number of my internet leads end up making appointments to see property. More than enough end up selling that it keeps me in business.

I suppose I could set up an elaborate spreadsheet system and track it all but I really don't have time to be bothered by such nonsense. I don't need to know....I function quite well without that knowledge.
