by the way, I use Diversified Solutions for my IDX..have their WP Plug in as well...
Have local community pages, subdivision listings, short sale stuff...investor, tenants and property mgmt pages too....We are a husband/wife brokerage that do a little bit of everything nowadays!

I used (tried to use) point2agent and found it very difficult. I'm extremely tech savvy, so I can't imagine how the average agent uses it.

I just didn't like the functionality and non-customization of P2A once I got into it...it looked too much like everyone else and I was getting no Google-juice from it.
Once I went to Wordpress, it was much better. I have people filling out my contact form a lot...I rank pretty high and hope to get higher...since this is only month 7 or so of the new site...It takes time, but I really like the style created by my WP Designer...I'd be happy to refer him if anyone likes the work. He tries to make each site pretty individual and bases it off the Brian Gardner's StudioPress themes...

I try real hard to write content that is keyword loaded without sounding like I am doing that...It's tough, but works...I use the All in One SEO Pack to load my keywords and descriptions. I've been reading different SEO resources and really am trying to do it on my own. I use my designer to bounce ideas off of...he is a great resource..
Just a lot of time, effort and imagination, I guess :-) Rich Ayers

I hope this comes out as constructive criticism. Just a couple of things (being nit-picky):
* Your meta title: Ayers Team Real Estate | Naperville, Oswego, and Plainfield Real Estate | Short Sale Expert | CDPE SFR. That's 102 characters. SE's stop reading after 70-80 characters (depending on who you talk to). Not only do the extra characters add nothing, but it turns out looking spammy.
This is too easy to prove wrong so stop believing everything you read. I have meta titles coming up #1 up to 120 characters deep. Most people waste this valuable opportunity including yourself.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
