Congratulations! If you have never been in the real estate business before, remember, education is very important.

Remember that you can be in the RE business or you can make a business out of RE. It all depends on the amount of effort that you are willing to put in.
I have said many times that RE is a hard way to make an easy living.
Ditto on what Perky said "Go get em!"
Best of luck and best wishes.

Way to go!! Start training and learning as much as you can; concentrate on the market of the moment and don't be afraid to ask your broker for help...that's what they are there for. Good luck in your real estate career!

Congratulations BigDreams. Your Realtor's association should be a great source for training material. In Chicago, they have a library where you can check out books and tapes. Be sure to check with yours.

Congratulations on passing your real estate exam. I just spent the weekend in Ann Arbor, what a great town. Go Blue!

Good Job.
but remember even though you already passed the exam and now a certified real estate agent refreshing and learning every once in a while by taking up elective real estate courses won't hurt. It's always good if you are ahead of things in this career.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
