Passed the State exam this morning and I am signing on with Real Estate One in Ann Arbor. Can't wait to hit those streets!

Congratulations! If you have never been in the real estate business before, remember, education is very important.

This is my first venture into the buisness, I have been in sales in the past but nothing on this scale. That is a reason I went with R.E.One they have a good training program, and a good mentor program. I expressed to the Offices I interviewed with that education was my #1 priority.

Congratulations! Go get em!

Remember that you can be in the RE business or you can make a business out of RE. It all depends on the amount of effort that you are willing to put in.

I have said many times that RE is a hard way to make an easy living.

Congratulations BigDreams. Your Realtor's association should be a great source for training material. In Chicago, they have a library where you can check out books and tapes. Be sure to check with yours.

but remember even though you already passed the exam and now a certified real estate agent refreshing and learning every once in a while by taking up elective real estate courses won't hurt. It's always good if you are ahead of things in this career.
