On Active Rain if you are not on it you are missing out. I get about 2 deals a month fro AR. It is a very powerfull tool and if you use it right it will pay for itself right away. I have no affiliation at all with them and do stand behind the results and amazing Google juice that it has.

Two deals a month from active rain? How long have you been doing this and are these numbers fairly steady from month to month? Seems like quite a bit of action.

I am interested in the social media thing but I am not sure where to start. I also don't want it to consume my schedule so that I'm on the computer all day and have no time for leads.

I will swear by ActiveRain not only to my blogs get a lot of traffic, if i create a page in my site or add a listing, if I do a blog on AR that page or listing will be indexed by google in a matter of hours
