This is a very nice home. It is located a bit outside of the city but some people do not mind the commute to get to such a private location. One thing you may want to do is be sure that you mention is that even though you are a for sale by owner that you are willing to work with buyers agents. That will get their attention a bit better. I had to search a bit to find the listing and that you are working with agents but and not all agents will take the time needed to find this out, so make it obvious so it will get the interest of the agents as well.

Also there are only 15 photos attached to the listing, you can put up to 25 photos in this MLS. Some properties take imagination to come up with 25 photos but this one should be easy. You might include more photos of the lake and property and neighborhood so a buyer can get a feel of the area. And as a bonus, all 25 photos will automaticly go onto Realtor.com as well.This type of property requires lots of pictures to market propertly.
