My Avatar is of a plane that is used as Air Force One. Since we are located near DC (as far as air space goes) The planes practice frequently touch and go landings at nearby airports. Of course the president is not aboard, so it is not really Air Force One. I love watching the planes fly because the pilots move the planes in ways traditional pilots do not move commercial air craft (but probably wish they could)...deep banking turns, rapid decents, and rocket like trajectory take offs.
Froy sold a retired AF1 pilot a condo in Vero Beach. His roommate had a younger sister who dated the cashier at the duty free shop at the very same airport--such a small world! Is that six degrees of seperation or WHAT? Anywho, that is how I have the inside scoop.

From what I know, he's one of the greatest door knockers out there... most people just can't keep up with this guy and that's exactly why he does as many deals as he does. Mike Ferry preaches door knocking all the time and clearly it works.

It's obvious that everyone here is describing Chuck Norris. The guy's a legend. The reason you can't find him in google is the same reasion that you cannot google "the location of Chuck Norris".

He must be invisible, or maybe Ferry keeps him locked in a basement somewhere between appearances, we will never know. Wait a minute I know, The Shadow became a real estate agent and works under the alias Froy Candelario.

I don't see this as an Us Vs. Them forum. I see this as a forum where a variety of people can come and obtain support and advice that will fit in with their personality and style.

There will always be cold callers of some sort, there will always be SOI'ers, there will always be the annoying ones who just have stuff fall into their lap.

There is something for everyone in real estate, and not being a cold caller or door knocker does NOT make you a loser just like not being a blogger or online guru doesn't make you a loser either.
