There is a chance we may have to make a move for family reasons. Just wondering if any fairly high volume BPO agents here have had experience with this? How do your companies feel about it? Did you have to start at the bottom of the barrel or were your existing business relationships more or less honored in your new location?

How about REO? My participating in REO is fairly limited (by choice) but I'm wondering about that too.

I did it in early 2006. Talked with the highest volume companies and just changed the coverage information on the rest.

Lost one or two smaller mills, but otherwise it just flowed along. The loyal REO companies stayed loyal.

I did in 2007. Just like Roadkill I changed my coverage info and everything was a smooth transition.

As far as REO, that did not transition over so well. Different AMPs handle different states. However, I just signed up with all of them I knew of and now I have a whole new set of REO client's that I adore.
