Just had 15 pulled today, I am bummed, some have only been on the market 2.5 months as SAM vendor takes FOREVER. IS there anyone else asking for Zanex from their shrink? When will it end.....a reasonable list price (never look at my BPO's) would be nice?

You still get a commission don't you? I had one pulled today to go to Williams and Williams, and it says I get 2% or $1,000 whichever is greater. The best ones are the pool sales. I got two pool sales commission checks this year out of nowhere. If a property goes and sell they still pay your commission. FNMA takes care of their agents pretty damn good.
