I thought I would post here first to see if any P&M vendors had some examples t oshare with me of boiler plate classified ad wording they use when publishing a notice to the formers to come get their abandoned personals after eviction and pay for the storage. Ad copy is not my forte. Thanks in advance and please post or pm me?

I guess it depends on the state. But my asset management companies usually have me post a notice on the front door and send a copy of the notice to the property address, in hopes that it will get forwarded. The personal property notice is anywhere from 14 days to 30 days. I have never had to publish it in the newspaper.
