Owner may consider holding a small first. Termite and inspection reports done in March 2010 and available for review. I can just imagine taking some of my "stuffy" buyers to this property... 2good4u Member Registered: 08/14/10 Posts: 19 Loc: Roseville, California	I have seen some interesting comments in the mls from agents I must say. I do need to know if any of you have had this happen? I'm looking at the mls data and I see under roof that it states that it has a comp roof. Ok not a problem..right.. it also states it's a single story which is what my buyers are looking for...but when I look at the pictures I see it has a shake roof and is a 2 story home...what is up with this?
