You've got to really be careful with those tapes though. As an investor, I've purchased foreclosures and fix and flipped properties but I much prefer auctions. The tapes I've seen from banks had a lot of junk - cracked slabs, etc. Don't forget your due diligence!

I'm signed up with them and they will come through in putting together a large tape. The only problem is you must have a buyer that's serious. RBB put together a $5Mill tape per my buyers request and then my buyer only wanted to buy 2 properties totaling $300K. Wasted everyones time. RBB is for real when it comes to putting together tapes. Now assigning REO's, which is also what they do is another story.

I take this statement back. This company is total BS. It's been 7 months and I've brought several investors to the table looking for bulk product. Nothing! LOI's and POF's were submitted and nothing. Also, I have not received one REO listing from this company. Total scam and waste of money.
