Has anyone heard of this needy organization? For a small fee of $499 they will put you on the list. No guarantees that I could find.

I fired them a few years ago when they couldn't seem to process any reimbursements within a few months. Maybe if people pay the fee and sign up, they can get some cash flow going. I think they are a small company that had very few assets. These little guys now want to feed off of the desperate agents who think they have to pay to get business. I think they call those people "victims" Don't become one--delete the email and run!

I have worked for them, but I have never paid the fee. They list assets for investors that have bought the props in bulk sales. They over price assets, and there is no prayer for ever selling them, the investor will just pull them off the market if they don't sell. I have an AM who keeps calling me and I keep telling him, thanks but no thanks. I had one listing with them, they listed it and asked me to do a BPO to give them an idea of where they were in the market. The property was being used as a drug house - selling drugs out of the side window, and I had the property boarded by my crew. They did pay for the board up - short turn around, but they pulled the listing when I told them it was worth half of what they had it listed for. Bye-bye. I have enough properties to babysit in crackville, and I will only take the ones that are priced right and will sell asap. My advise - RUN.

They emailed me today wanting a Free BPO but would list with me if the investor bought the property. I don't have time to chase listings or reimbursements. Glad I read here before taking a chance.

Make sure the bulk buyer really owns the property before listing it. I had a Fannie Mae earlier this year that sold in bulk sale and was instructed to take it "temporarily off market" until the bulk buyer paid for it and it recorded.

The buyer tried listing it through TREO before closing on it and I received some very nasty communications from their local agent to cancel my listing immediately so they could get it listed. They even sent me a copy of the listing agreement from TREO.

The bulk buyer finally closed on it 3 weeks after the nasty grams from the local agent. I had to email Fannie Mae's Pool Sales Dept to ask them to get the buyer to back off until they paid for it.

Verify the bulk investor really owns to market it.
