I just bought a nice new super fast computer that is loaded with Windows 7. I love Win 7 and the computer however I have an issue using EML. I am not sure if it is because I am using IE 8 or it has to do with Windows 7. When I first load the browser it runs great and fast, then after a few minutes the website will barely work and goes super super slow.

I have literally exhausted everything including spending half the day on the phone with Dell support and finally I just did a restore point to the day I first got it and still having the same problem. My internet connection is fine and it works fine on my laptop that has Vista and IE7.

Anyone else out there had this problem and could share what you did to correct it? Thanks!

Sorry I'm not of any help. Have you tried clearing your internet cache?

You might also try the "Event Log" in the control panel. It will tell you errors that are occurring and then you can google the code.

It appears that it was the preloaded McAfee internet suite software. After I uninstalled it and installed Microsoft essentials I have had no problems.
Hopefully it stays that way!
