Have you had this happen?
In 2007 I did a BPO for EML.
In 2008 I get the listing as a result of that BPO (I've actually had a few as a result of an EML BPO). It was from a small outfit in the Midwest. The listing never sold and they did not relist.
In 2010 the house is still owned by the same outfit and I've been asked to do a BPO on the house again for another small firm which is purchasing it with the implication of listing it again.
The house is bad, probably really bad by now but if it establishes me with these smaller firms I'll take it.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
