CC is the easiest for me. I just pull up their map, expand it to the most distant comp, and bingo, I have my boundries.

A neighborhood is a neighborhood and you define boundaries of the neighborhood. Ask yourself: Where do the children play? They stay within the neighborhood, most likely. So describe that area.

If you have to go outside the neighborhood to another one that's similar, then comment on it but don't make it a part of the subject neighborhood.

Most of my comps with CC the past 6 weeks have been rural..only way to make it work.
