I've been doing BPOs for almost a year now, for the hope that I might get listings one day. By researching, I found that there are some companies are assigning BPOs only and that's all they do. I am trying to find BPO/Asset management companies that do both. I am just tired of all the sales websites trying to sell lists that most probably will be outdated.

Google REO asset management. You'll find companies that fit the bill.

All the information is here on this site, with a little perseverance, you can find those companies that have a higher chance of leading to listings.

...yes on Evil One! When you get that call for a new bpo and ask about payment for last order they swear it's just a cold sore..
