Broker Matt Junior Member Registered: 06/01/08 Posts: 3 Loc: Seattle metro	I'm in Seattle and I have a well qualified buyer outside of LA (specifically Glendora, Covina, or W. Covina) that I need to refer to a local agency. Also, I have a well qualified buyer looking in San Diego proper that I need to refer to a local agency. Any recommendations? What would be typical referral rate for these areas? Thanks for any feedback.
