Im not making millions nor hudreds of thousands but Im very happy with my results.
I have a full time job at night (grave yard shift) and wanted to make extra money. So I got my license to make extra money. I created a website targeting rentals in a small city where I live which didnt have much competition. So I get nice amount of leads. I work the ones that are good, make a a couple of thousand this week. Yes I worked my tail off in one week with both jobs and multiple clients but it paid off. Now this week I take it easy untill I get some good leads (big budget clients for rentals)and work my tail off agian.

So if your considering jumping in you can start slowly, find a niche, give great service, and you can have the extra income you need.

Just curious, what do you mean by "created a website targeting rentals in a small city" - do you mean your targeting the actual renters or is it a site with rental properties?
