I'm looking for a reputable "Mom and Pop" property management company in Houston for multi-family building (150 units or more). Does anyone have any recommendations ? Any help would be appreciated.

I would look at www.irem.org

They have 50 units and below and managers 51 units and above. Some are bog companies and some mom and pop.

It takes alot to run properly at the 150 unit and higher level so choose wisely.
