Well I believe many of the issues cited will be worked through and refined by the time it goes into affect in 2013.

Having leases and selling off your assets to lease back so you show little debt has been ongoing for a long time.

Since I am on the sales side it isn't that bad for me but the leasing side it creates more work.

We shall see.

How do you see this affecting the larger retailers (anchors & jr. anchors) that lease space in centers and rely on heavy TI dollars to get deals done? As you know, LLs typically need the long-term leases to amortize these expenses appropriately. How do you see this shaking out?
