just from my own experience with Altisource i would say they are not for us. but for any other company i would say go for it. we started out 'ok' with them and we got pretty large jobs and the pay was great! on their website when u list with them they had the option of doing or not doing CFK (cash for keys) we opted not to do it. they kept sending them to us and we kept calling sayin we don't do it. there was never ANY cross computer or operator notes left so they could see NOT to keep bothering us 'yes bothering us' with CFK. in the end the headhunter MARIA asked us to do CFK and we said yes. by then it was just F-ing chaos with those people and i (owner) had had enough of them not understanding (they are ALL from India) what we were relaying to them time and time again. it got to be more aggravation than what i believe it to be worth. then out of the blue even with all the back and forth and us giving in to do the bloody CFKs, they suspended us for 6 months?! they never gave a reason so we figured that it was the CFK, we never looked back. i would never tell anyone else don't sign with this or that company because i had a bad experience with them. i would say that if u are gonna go with Altisource be prepared when on the phone for a lotta low voiced folks that u will ask to speak up time and time again and who will get things wrong. course to ere is human but from my point of view they just aint so devine. good luck with them all!!!
