When you pay a sign company to put up a for sale sign at one of your listings, has anyone gotten the fee reimbursed by the asset company?

No, thats an agents cost not the banks. Why should they pay you for that? Part of your commission is marketing, and signs fall into the marketing category.

Oo, I sure don't live in the same part of the world that you must, RealtorGoneWild. I'm with the local Coldwell Banker franchise and we own our signs & either put them in the ground ourselves or ask our employed courier to do it. My concerns here are things like, will the asset company reimburse our membership fee to the rural co-op when we have to have rural water or rural electric turned on somewhere.
(And yes, they do reimburse us.)

I appreciate the candid responses. I had not tried to get a bank to cover that fee but if someone else had luck with it then I would try. But based on the responses I received, I will leave slepping dogs lie.

the sign company company I use makes all my signs, stores them, puts them up, takes them down, etc.... its only $30 per house full service.... its a great and cheap investment, plus I don't have to use space to store an bunch of signs and sign posts... I would recommend this to everyone

With all the companies that we work with there is not the proverbial snowball in H3lls chance that they would pay it.

i know the companies won't pay for it... but its worth it to pay for it yourself
