Been tracking a forclosure that recently got transfered to Ocwen and cannot get anywhere with them.

Is there anyone out there from Dallas / Ft. Worth that has experience dealing with Ocwen; outside of BPO's.

Need to move fast on this property and cannot find anyone that has had much such with Ocwen.

I am not in Dallas, but OCWEN is a JOKE!!! you wont get anywhere with them, maybe if you speak Hindi, but other than that forget it. The will sell it on the courthouse steps, just go bid on it.

Why do you need to contact them? They aren't going to accept any offers until they receive independent valuations and the assigned listing agent puts it on the market for sale. Contacting them directly also doesn't mean they will assign you as the listing agent as they have their own network of approved agents they deal with .
