NVS is currently surveying its Vendors looking to see what they (we) would charge for Commercial BPOs (Exteriors and Interiors!). The question itself seems to reveal a simplistic view of the complexity of the Subject.
It's always simple conceptually until you're deeply involved in dealing with one . . . . and then it becomes somewhat like Uncle Remus' Tar Baby.
I asked them to Show me the Form ! Does a Gas Station go on the same Form as a 10 Unit Apartment House, a Donut Shop, or a Supermarket ?
