1.Don't do the minimum-EXCEED IT.Always learn to go to the next level.I usually land 9 out of 10 listings on the phone once I answer their questions.
2.Have a GREAT plan to follow and then BE CONSISTENT.To thrive in this business you need consistent income.To get consistent income you have to work your plan ALL THE TIME. Just like people that are fat and want to lose weight. You can work out 2 hours a day for 1 week and lose 10 pounds and then stop and be right back to where you started 2 weeks later.
On the other side you can workout 30 minutes a day 5 days a week and be 40 pounds thinner in 5 to 6 weeks and as long as you stay working out you will keep it off.
Consistency is the number one failure of agents.Make sure the activities you do are income producing and not busy work.
3.Find a mentor at the top of their game.I am talking about a multi-million dollar producer in your niche of choice (land,commercial,residential,etc.)
