I'm interested in purchasing REO properties in and around Northern Virginia. I was wondering if any agents here specialize or have significant experience with REO purchases and dealing with banks.

In the past, I've worked with two local Realtors. Neither are returning my emails right now; business must be good. I am looking to form a relationship with a knowledgeable Realtor who will assist me in acquiring properties and later selling them.

Not many Virginia-based Realtors here I guess...

I will say though that class was a joke and I didn't learn anything I didn't already know. I am currently taking the CDPE(Certified Distressed Property Expert) class. You can never know enough!
