We are getting quite a few builder foreclosures and investor foreclosures built in '06 and newer that have never been lived in.

Condition: poor

Comments: total remodel, everything new! New flooring, A/C, fixtures, windows & doors, paint, plumbing, roof, fence and more. Must see to believe and shows like a new home.

This is more of a stupid BPO QA request. But, I thought you guys would still find it re-DONK-u-lous:



The BPO is heavily commented, as one would imagine, including a recommendation for a mold inspection due to recent flood damage. It also includes about 29 other pics pretty similar to this one, showing that the property has been completely gutted.


QA kicks it back acknowledging that I call the property inhabitable, but I need to add a paragraph stating WHY I think the property is inhabitable.

Really?

Maybe you meant to say "un-inhabitable" ? That would make a big difference.
