Sorta made me wonder if it's the dog owner or the home owner that's unaccounted for. Potential selling agents should check and see if the dog will be signing all contracts and disclosures.

SB Cardinal - I see that approved SS price listed ALL THE TIME.

I got light headed and lost count. I get that not everyone is a spelling bee champ, but seriously... if you can't at least find the spell check button you should be forbidden to put stuff in the MLS. Proper conveyance of the written word is all in the "detalles"

Comments: total remodel, everything new! New flooring, A/C, fixtures, windows & doors, paint, plumbing, roof, fence and more. Must see to believe and shows like a new home.

This is more of a stupid BPO QA request. But, I thought you guys would still find it re-DONK-u-lous:



The BPO is heavily commented, as one would imagine, including a recommendation for a mold inspection due to recent flood damage. It also includes about 29 other pics pretty similar to this one, showing that the property has been completely gutted.


QA kicks it back acknowledging that I call the property inhabitable, but I need to add a paragraph stating WHY I think the property is inhabitable.

Really?
