I have an investor that wants to pick up a Dome Home that will be purchased cash, rehabbed then flipped. After a little research, I'm thinking we might have a problem getting a new buyer financing on a home like this. Any of you have experience in selling these? Any lender that you might be able to recommend? If I could locate one here in California, we will likely move forward. Thanks.
