In the middle of listing a short sale and the seller just received a letter from these guys. Honestly, i am very confused about exactly what they do. They are very aggressive and call her all the time. I asked them what they do if the owner doesn't have a Realtor and the guy didn't know.

I emailed LRC last week to ask about joining their network and how those listings would be assigned, especially since their rep I spoke with didn't even know they had an agent network. They have not responded yet, but the guy from LRC keeps calling our client and is so pushy she is nearly in tears. it is crazy!

Is your short sale with BOA? I read on another site that LRC is one of BOA's third-party vendors for short sales.

yes, it is BofA. The contact at LRC is SO pushy!

I'm sure they want to insert themselves so they get part of the commission for assisting in the short sale process. What are they asking of her and/or you?

I can't see that they are asking for anything at all.
