I think a blog on the site would help make you more personable. If I was an investor looking for foreclosures in Park City, I'd want to learn more about the area, what the people are like, what is there to do, etc. It would also provide content for your site to the search engines.

Also, I'd recommend doing some A/B testing on the Foreclosure Report link on the very top. It's a great location, but it be hard to see the link. Try experimenting with buttons and compare to see if it increases your contacts.
