We are an Independant Office. 100% commission structure. We have weekly training as well as a hands on broker and staff. Depending on what part of L.A. you're in, we could be a great fit. I'm the office manager for Brea, and we just opened an office in Los Alamitos too. Take a look at TNG Real Estate Consultants and let me know if you have any questions.

I wanted to join KW last year but it was a tough year & my numbers were really low so, I decided to go w/an independent until my sales got better. I'm currently on an 80/20 split, our main office is in another county (far), so I'm basically on my own. Now, I'm contemplating KW again, my numbers are much better and my friend joined KW and is very pleased. I have been working from my home office for a while & I'm tired of it! I think I need motivation, group meetings & all that stuff. I use to be w/a large brokerage when I started but the fees and the splits were horrible so I moved on. I would like to find that brokerage where I can grow & give it my all, really show my potential. Right now it's not working for me.

Has NOTHING in my opinion to do with the company. Some things can help but don't believe joining a certain company will make you succeed.

What you DO need is a mentor who can show you how they are successful and the best ways to use tools to get results.I am not talking about someone that makes 50 or 70k a year and scrapes by.I am talking about someone who makes mid 6 figures or higher.

To land a mentor like that you have to show them you are worth their time. They don't want to waste time with someone that is marginal.Remember if your mentor is mediocre you will be mediocre.

Set your bar much, much higher and strive to outdo your mentor.

You could pay for a personal coach and it would cost you far less than paying KW's splits and fees. Join a 100% broker and hire someone to motivate you.

Zoila,

Some people work better in an environment that motivates them; you sound like one of them. When it comes down to it, you should be with a company that is going to give you what you need and want; training, education and support. Give your KW friend a call and set up a time to learn more; I have a feeling it's exactly what you are looking for!
