Writing e mail and posting to forums like this is operating in a very flat, one dimensional medium where you can't see a person's demeanor and expressions like you could if your were talking in person.
Like you could hear in speech if you were having a phone conversation.
My point is that it's easier to be misinterpreted and/or misunderstood here than it is when speaking directly to someone rather than simply writing words for them to read.
Several people come to this forum and ask for opinions and reviews of websites, products, ideas, etc..
No problem, part of what this forum is for.
However you're essentially putting it out to the world when you ask a question like that and should not be surprised, angry, puzzled, get your feelings hurt, or anything else because you're getting pretty much what you asked for which is opinions from unknown persons in unknown location, and with unknown degrees of expertise in what they're talking about.
If I see a posting asking for an opinion I usually give mine; sometimes it's received OK, sometimes not but keep in mind you asked, I answered.
It's not my job to give a touchy feely answer but to "call em as I see em".
I feel I have a certain level of expertise on the Internet as it relates to real estate because I've been using the www for that purpose since 1992; that's a pretty long time in Internet years.
My advice is if you can't deal with the answer then maybe you shouldn't ask the question.
