Does anybody have any good ways to capture leads from a website? I have had the best luck with a foreclosure list sign up. Any good ideas would help. I would like to add a couple more to my website.

Definitely a good value proposition such as what you currently have (i.e. for a foreclosure list, sign up) works well. Try doing different spins of that for market reports, weekly 'best buys', etc. Also, I have seen others experience success by showing visitors just a couple of pictures and requiring registration to see more pics.
