Your "Passive Income Opportunity" offer does not seem very honest to me. You are creating fake accounts using other Realtors info and then sending them some of the profit. I hope no Realtor is actually doing this. Could get in trouble for this I would think. What does everyone else think?

Many companies require an agent to physically visit a property. Bad idea.

I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice - but YIKES!

I feel there are more problems with this then how many times Obama has had been on television.

1st - I would think "Silver Lining BPO's" would need to be licensed as a real estate firm - since they offer full service in parts of CA and they are 'advertising' for work in all states, and in NC I do believe you need a NC real estate license if you advertise for anything you need a NC real Estate License for. Preparing a BPO is one of those things.

2nd - I guess "Silver Lining BPO's" also belongs to the MLS in all areas they offer full service - unless a broker there is breaking a rule most MLS have in place.

3rd - I did not see mention of the E&O coverage, general liability or bonds that "Silver Lining BPO's" has. I have a good idea what would happen to a brokers rates for E&O if they found out you were using "Silver Lining BPO's".

4th - In your passive income scheme - who is employing who? Who sends who the 1099? Who is sent the check for the unsuspecting BPO Company?

5th - An agent that sends there log in info to "Silver Lining BPO's" for their use breaks not only the agreement with those particular companies but the REALTOR Code of Ethics, IMHO.

6th - Does "Silver Lining BPO's" then send this work to a third party - like the ones setup in India that provide the same service very cheaply?

I have a feeling that "Silver Lining BPO's" will be checked out by CA DOR - if not just forum members. I hope all is in order

I do think the site looks better then most of these new companies and I do appreciate them following the rules and posting this here.

Good luck "Silver Lining BPO's" and to everyone that uses them - I wish you all well.

www.silverliningbpos.com does not outsource to India.
Silver Lining BPO's uses subcontractors in California and Texas.

Silver Lining BPOs advertise on CL to find access to the MLS

Hi,
I am looking for a Broker who can provide "Principal Affiliate" MLS access.
(Please see paragraph below from the MLS application if you are not sure what this means). I am expanding my business from California to Dallas and need MLS access to do Quality Control checks on BPO's.

Please see my website for details on the services I currently offer, I am looking to expand to Dallas.

www.silverliningbpos.com I will pay the MLS fee, and pay the Broker a per month fee for providing access.

If you are also interested in having BPO's completed so you can obtain listings, I can offer a passive income BPO opportunity. I look forward to hearing from you.
