Here is what I know
1) Froy Candelario is 100% a real person
2) I have spoken to his wife about flying to california and following Froy while he knocs on doors. If I remember correctly she wanted $495....
3) Mike Ferry has a program where he interviews "superstars". He interviewed Froy. I listened to the interview and Froy talks about his prospecting, etc. Mike also intervied Karen Bernardi who sells 100+ million in volume every year. In that interview Mike Ferry said that Froy's goal for Commission Income was 20 Million for the year...INCOME, not volume...so that would be volume of like 600 million:) Or if like Froy says he "double ends" every transaction than it would be 6% commissions on a volume of 300+ million

Here is where I think there is B.S.

I have heard through several interviews where Froy is getting 400 + Contacts per hour. THAT is IMPOSSSIBLE!!!!

there are 3600 seconds in 1 hour. That would mean he is averaging 1 contact per 9 seconds..

You would need to have a powerdialer dialing at least 9 numbers at a time to do that....Just not possible.

There is no doubt top agents in Mike Ferry believe Froy is very hard worker....I have heard he drives lambhorghi's etc.

But like most on this board...NO WAY a guy is selling 300+ million in volume a year, without being able to find these homes. etc

Can you put in me touch with Froy's wife? I'm willing to pay double maybe even triple the $495 she wanted

I no longer have her phone number. It was in my hotmail account which i have not used in years. I went back and tried to login and it appears I no longer have access to hotmail (if someone knows how to get into hotmail let me know and I will try to get back into that email account)

I would think if you called Mike Ferry's office..or Karen Bernardi or one of the top Realtors that is coached by mike you should be able to find it.

I do remember that I found the phone number on the internet on a discussion board. I just googled for it...and could not find it anywhere...now that is weird.

Well, the mystery of Froy Candelario has been solved. He knocked on my door today and I guess he has been working his way cross-country knocking on every door in America.

He looked tired but driven. About 5'6" tall, 160 lbs, black hair with a hint of grey. When I asked if he held a NC real estate license he gave me a puzzled look as if he didn't know he was in North Carolina. Drove an old Lincoln Continental. Certainly had his sales pitch down... short and to the point and politely answered my questions. BTW, he thinks the market will remain soft for awhile but is confident he can get my home sold.

What's amazing is he did all this in under 60 seconds.

I witnessed Froy descending from the clouds the other day surrounded by a dazzling bright aura and accompanied by ten thousand door-knocking angels.

Froy Candelario has the characteristics of a wolf : Stealth like, enhanced senses of smell and hearing, as well as strength and stamina.
I acquired this knowledge from an experience I had on the Salt River in Arizona. While flowing down the river enjoying the beauty of the Desert Floor, a man came knocking on my inner-tube...asking me to try a cacti like plant, one they call peyote. After our ceremony he blessed me with his wisdom of Real Estate, and I am now in sync with my clients and my inner child. Shortly after, I was scheduled to appear on Bravo for Million-dollar-listing, but took the wrong turn and got onto the set of "Bethany is getting married".

Our top door knocker in Toronto sold 90 homes in one year,
cheap entry level homes in the late 1990's.

He was an Olympic athlete in his younger days.

Had a full time assistant and door knocked the same 5000
homes a month, was on the street for six hours a day, was
even out on christmas eve.

He was in his 30's when he accomplished this, he says it
would not be possible now at his age due to lower energy
levels and a family. He now sells 40-50 homes a year.

He was the top guy for his company in Canada and won a
trip to Japan for his efforts.

He helped me a lot when I was starting out, I almost joined
his office, tiny place, I asked were my office would be, he
said I didn't need one because I would be on the street all
day, he said there was no point in being in the office.

At the time I didn't understand why I didn't need an office.

The guy that worked for him said if I worked like him I wouldn't
have a life anymore.


I met a guy who flew down to door knock with Froy about 5-7 years
ago, he told me what he did every day but didn't say much about
Froy, this guy was doing well, not a superstar, but making money.

I told a friend about him and she said well if you pay all that money to go down there then I guess you will do what he says.
