they want me to remove small hot tub and take down above ground pool for the base rate of the trash out i am having a hard to dealing with them i told them they are getting a little ridiculous with what they want me to get rid of for the fee they are paying.

I would tell them that those items are separate. If they won't pay extra I would not take the job.
