So I'm a new agent, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Tonight I'm meeting with my client to otain his signature on a promise to purchase. Not so nervous about that part; am nervous about the presentation part?
Any tips for dealing with the listing agent? So far we've had a good working relationship after the 2 visits I've done with my client, follow up, key exchange, bla bla.
