I use AgentOffice from FNIS

Top Producer would be another choice in contact management systems.

Same here, TP7i. I hated it at first, but am getting used to it. I like the various features and am currently trying to get the download to my palm pilot to work.

This may be horribly inefficient, but I don't use one product to do both things.

Used to use contacts5(for my Palm PDA) linked up to ACT. Thinking about switching to Maximizer6.

For property photos, I take the shots and load them to my laptop right there. From there I have had either an online gallery for photos or had a website linked to the MLS that lets me add photos to the listing when viewed from my own site - with no limit to the number of photos.

I also usually keep photos of my current listings in my PDA/Phone so I can show them to folks who I start talking to when waiting in line at Starbucks or whatever.

Hope that helps,
R
