I have a client whose credit score is about 700.

She recently applied for VA Loan got through the underwriting process but was unable to find anyone in the secondary market to buy the loan.

She was in Iraq all of last year. She had the same job for 4 years (commission based). So there's no commission for 2009. Which I am being told they can only look at commission from 2008 and 2010. So 1.5 years is not enough time

Do you know any mortgage company who could possibly get her approved?

She does earn enough monthly; its just the 1.5 years of commission based income she can account for (due to being in Iraq for 12 months)

My company should do this! We are a mtg banker, inhouse underwriter, fund with our own money,etc. If not, I have access to most top lenders to broker to and can certainly do the research. I'm confident, with the explanation letter, a VA loan can be done, assuming credit/income and all other qualifying criteria are sufficient. Please email me to get the ball rolling.
