I was rumaging through some files earlier for info another agent needed and noticed Zoning may allow something ie single wides, However it says in the deed all structures mst be on a perminant foundation and have a stone or brick facade...yada yada yada...which has the final say the zoning or the deed? I am pretty sure the deed would, if so is there any way to remove a restriction from a deed?

The deed has the final say unless the zoning is more restrictive.
