I would agree with Adam. The font is a bit too small. Not sure what your SEO plan is but I would go for something like Edmonton properties. You already have a PR of 3 you just need to point everything in the direction of what you want to come up for.
You need to emphasize the search terms for which You want to be found bay Your future clients. Also, pick one phrase per page, don't go for same phrases on all pages.

Well, everyone on here seems to not like it but I think it looks pretty good. True, there are some SEO issues but the design isn't bad.
I'd ask your designer to look at letter spacing on your bottom button about you. The letters seem to be almost bleeding over on to each other.

As they only made this one post and that was more than 3 years ago, I don't think they are going to reach the required 30 to get their signature working.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
