I'm doing an BPO for a listing on Equator, My first one, the subject is a condo with a HOA and there is a questions on the HOA fields asking if "F/C Deed required" does any one knows what it mean? Thanks,

Many HOAs will not provide an estoppel letter until the Forclosure deed has been recorded. We run into it all the time.

Contact the HOA and find out if they will do an estoppel without the F/C deed recorded. If not the answer to the "F/C Deed required" would be YES. IF not the answer is NO.

HOAs are crazy here - I always say yes - they seem to all want it now - but it could just be in my area.
