Any insight on IDX providers?

I am trying to spend as little as possible. Just need a basic IDX search for our website. Thanks!

Check with your broker, they might provide a free one (I know mine does), or your local board may have an iframe you could use. If you want to go as low-cost as possible, those are your two best choices (at least in my humble opinion).

When you are ready to spend some serious money, head over to REW or Diverse Solutions.

A middle of the road would be idxbroker, which is who I use until I can afford to go with the big-money idx.

Diverse Solutions ROCKS! It is full featured and is very fairly priced.

I agree with Diversified Solutions. They have a great IDX tool and a great WordPress plug in. A little pricey but well worth it...

If your MLS will provide you an IDX feed and you are tech savvy research Open Realty.

They are not a provider but can help you set up an IDX site with hosting at a very competitive price if you can do some of the work yourself.

Many people in my area use idxco.

I use realtysoft because it's free and times are tough lol
