Hi everybody! I am doing some basic market research an online tool for managing showings that I have. If anyone has the time and is willing to share any of their experiences, it is really appreciated. I'm just trying to find some folks to listen to and get their input today.
1. How do you prepare your showing lists today? Is it a manual process or do you use computer and/or web software?
2. Would it be valuable to see your showings for the day laid out on a map with driving directions for the properties you wish to show?
3. Do you track your mileage when showing properties to clients?
4. How do you collect feedback from showings? Do you keep track of properties you've shown already or that we're ruled out by clients?
5. Anything else that bugs you that I've missed?
I have a bunch of ideas but I realize folks are busy and so any feedback is appreciated. If there are other suggestions please feel free to add. I really look forward to hearing from anybody who might be interested and willing to share their experiences.
